Shopping with LOLXI

These terms apply to consumer purchases from lolxi.com in the United Kingdom. Read them with the product details, Shipping and Delivery, Returns and Refunds, and Payments and Billing.

Before submitting an order, review the items, options, delivery address and total. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and return any payment taken for it. We will not substitute a different product or charge a different price without your agreement.

The product description and selected options form part of your purchase. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but your right to receive goods matching their description remains. Check the product measurements and contact us if information you need is missing.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Payment methods available for your order and your final order total are displayed at checkout. Review the total before confirming payment. Applicable import duties and import taxes are covered, with no additional import charges payable on delivery. Optional extras require your active choice; offers and discounts follow the conditions displayed with them. An order does not enrol you in an undisclosed subscription.

Delivery and returns

Our shipping and returns policies explain the delivery process, cancellation, our 30 day return notification period and remedies for problems with an order. These policies do not reduce your statutory rights. Goods sent through a carrier we arrange remain our responsibility until physical receipt by you or your nominated recipient, subject to the limited exception for your independently commissioned carrier.

Responsibility and website use

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Use the site lawfully and respect the rights in its content. Contact us if you believe specific content infringes your rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used; placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Shopify and privacy

Shopify hosts our store and processes personal information from visits and purchases. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which provides enhanced services using information about interactions with LOLXI, other merchants and Shopify. We share information with Shopify and relevant providers, including providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and how to manage or withdraw consent.

Questions and changes

Email us with a question or complaint and the details needed to identify your order. Updates to these terms apply to future orders and do not remove rights under an existing purchase. You retain the consumer protections and court access available under applicable law.
